Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and intake evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, using standardized tools and interviews to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing, to support individuals, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of case managers, psychiatrists, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, addressing factors that influence mental health outcomes.

• Deliver crisis interventions via telehealth services, equipping clients with immediate tools and strategies to manage acute distress and emotional emergencies effectively.
\n
• Participate in community outreach programs aimed at increasing mental health awareness, providing workshops, lectures, and educational resources to reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will work with clients presenting an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your engagement will focus on understanding each client’s unique context, fostering a sense of safety and trust to promote their healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A current and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for establishing rapport and building effective therapeutic relationships with clients from varied backgrounds.

• A strong commitment to cultural competence, demonstrating sensitivity in working with diverse populations and understanding their distinct perspectives.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to confidentiality policies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings, preferably with knowledge of telehealth practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
