Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your role will encompass a variety of essential tasks and responsibilities, including:

• Implementing evidence-based mental health therapy techniques and interventions for individuals and families to effectively address diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments, followed by developing initial discharge plans based on the findings.

• Facilitating individual, group, or family therapy sessions tailored to each patient's unique treatment plan.

• Creating and updating treatment plans, coordinating any additional required services as necessary to align with the evolving needs of your clients.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Must possess requisite state or national licensure for professional therapy providers, or be eligible for state licensure. Licenses must include one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
