This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while also facilitating vital outpatient services. Although remote, our team remains closely connected through regular meetings and case consultations to ensure a strong support network.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, integrating various evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create tailored treatment plans for each client.

• Implement a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other specialized methodologies, to suit the individual needs of clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and regulatory standards, ensuring the privacy and security of client information.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to offer coordinated care, sharing insights and strategies that enhance overall client outcomes.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to continually improve the quality of care and develop professionally through collaborative feedback.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the mental health field to implement best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with represent a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your work will be centered on individual and family therapy, allowing you to engage directly with clients in a supportive and therapeutic environment. Emphasis on individualized care plans and culturally competent approaches ensures that each patient receives the personalized attention and resources they need for recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in the state of Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
