Work Environment\n

This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely, providing flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule. Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing you to balance your personal and professional commitments effectively. As a licensed mental health therapist, you will have the resources and support of a collaborative team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to enhancing client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, offering personalized support to individuals and families facing various mental health challenges.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to gather pertinent information regarding clients' mental health statuses and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Engage in collaborative care by coordinating with fellow healthcare providers to ensure clients receive holistic treatment that addresses all aspects of their well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the mental health field, attending workshops and professional development opportunities as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve clients ranging from children to adults, each dealing with a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your ability to provide empathetic and culturally competent care will be critical in building therapeutic relationships and fostering the healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is essential.

• An active California licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or an equivalent license is required.

• At least two years of experience providing therapy services in a clinical setting is necessary to ensure effective client care.

• Demonstrated capacity to work independently and manage a caseload in a virtual environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems to streamline client interactions.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
