Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct individual and group therapy sessions to clients, employing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress, in compliance with agency guidelines and licensing requirements.

• Participate actively in case management meetings, collaborating with other mental health professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Contribute to on-unit programming including training for new clinicians and providing mentorship to peers.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Proficient in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with a demonstrable record of effectiveness in treating clients with mood disorders.
