Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, enabling mental health professionals to provide invaluable support from their preferred locations. Our practice utilizes advanced telehealth technology to facilitate seamless client interactions and ensure effective communication. This flexible environment promotes work-life balance while allowing therapists to engage meaningfully with their clients. Though the primary work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be necessary to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify client needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and group therapy sessions to address diverse mental health challenges.

• Conduct psychoeducational groups that foster community and provide education on mental health topics.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, ensuring clients receive timely and effective support during emergencies.

• Educate clients on available community resources and mental health treatment options.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment plans, client progress, and compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations, attend team meetings, and pursue professional development to enhance therapeutic skills.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the mental health field to ensure best practices are utilized.

Our therapists will engage with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Tennessee is required.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in using evidence-based practices.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively conduct mental health assessments and develop actionable treatment plans.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a broad spectrum of client backgrounds.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.

• A commitment to practicing within professional ethical guidelines.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and essential computer software.

• Ability and willingness to function collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
