Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Oasis of Serenity Healthcare, you will:

• Facilitate various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your approach based on individual preferences and requirements.

• Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely clinical documentation compliant with HIPAA regulations, ensuring proper care continuity.

• Engage in teamwork with psychiatrists, psychologists, and school staff to coordinate multi-faceted care for students, emphasizing holistic development.

• Participate in regular peer review sessions and case consultations to enhance treatment effectiveness and share insights with colleagues.

• Educate students and families about mental health issues and available resources, fostering an environment of understanding and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students facing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related challenges. You will collaborate closely with families, providing guidance and resources to help them support their children effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
