Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through both interviews and observational techniques.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and treatment goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, delivering interventions rooted in evidence-based practices and cultural responsiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you may encounter a broad spectrum of clients dealing with various mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Your expertise will help clients develop coping strategies and personal resilience to overcome these obstacles, thereby enhancing their overall mental health and life satisfaction. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation, with an annual salary range of $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
