The position offers a flexible remote work setting through our telehealth platform. Our workweek typically runs Monday through Friday, with standard operating hours from 9 AM to 4 PM. Flexibility may be required on occasion to accommodate the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand client needs and challenges.

• Developing personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Implementing therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) in individual and, when applicable, group sessions.

• Maintaining meticulous and compliant clinical records in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards to ensure patient confidentiality.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and fellow mental health professionals, to coordinate care effectively.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing the quality and efficacy of our service delivery.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to support their recovery journey.

• Staying abreast of the latest mental health research and methodologies to continuously improve clinical practices.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
