National Sales Executive - IME

Overview Dane Street is seeking a high-impact National Sales Executive to drive enterprise growth across workers’ compensation, auto, and liability markets. This role is built for a strategic “whale hunter” who excels at closing large, complex deals while maintaining executive-level relationships and long-term client success. Responsibilities Enterprise Sales: Identify, target, and close large national accounts (carriers, TPAs, self-insureds). Lead complex sales cycles, including RFPs, pricing, and contract negotiations. Build relationships with senior decision-makers. Secure inclusion in SHIs and national programs. Account Leadership: Serve as executive sponsor for key accounts (with National Account team). Participate in stewardship meetings, QBRs, and performance reviews. Deliver data-driven insights and drive cross-sell opportunities. Ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery. Internal Collaboration: Partner with sales leadership to roll out and grow national programs. Work cross-functionally with operations and provider networks. Provide market and client feedback to leadership. Qualifications 5–10+ years in P&C, workers’ comp, IME, or related industries. Proven success closing large, complex deals and managing enterprise relationships. Experience with national accounts and multi-state programs. Strong understanding of cost containment in the P&C space. Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic execution skills. Success Metrics $1M+ in annual new national revenue. Enterprise accounts secured. SHI/program wins; large-scale Dane Street IME program wins. Client retention and growth.
