Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while accessing our telehealth platform. The work hours generally span from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to adjust scheduling according to patient needs. As part of a dynamic and collaborative telehealth team, you will utilize state-of-the-art technology to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring a seamless experience for both you and your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, during individual and group sessions.

• Organize and facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, nurturing a sense of community and providing invaluable peer support.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support for patients experiencing mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions and navigate them towards appropriate resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and treatment records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development initiatives.

• Stay abreast of current research and advancements in mental health therapy to continually enhance therapeutic techniques and patient outcomes.

You will primarily engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. Your role will empower patients from different backgrounds, preferences, and needs, making the work profoundly rewarding. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and therapeutic approaches.

• Demonstrated competence in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and designing effective treatment strategies.

• Experience providing therapy to a diverse population through both individual and group modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to maintain professional boundaries.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology.

• A collaborative spirit, with a strong desire to work within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
