Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to ascertain the emotional, behavioral, and psychological needs of children and adolescents.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses exclusively on working with children and adolescents, applying a comprehensive understanding of developmental psychology to address their specific mental health challenges. You will be working with young patients suffering from a range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and behavioral issues. The therapist will create a nurturing and supportive atmosphere, essential for building trust and rapport with both the children and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
