Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Mental Health Therapist at Bright Tomorrow Counseling Center, you will undertake a range of responsibilities that directly contribute to our clients’ mental well-being:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorder symptoms, including their severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to co-create individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and treatment goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, offering resources and self-care strategies to promote better understanding and management of their conditions.

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective care.

• Engage in close collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create an integrated approach to patient care.

• Remain attuned to the latest developments in mood disorder treatments, applying new insights to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and enhance treatment practices.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs while working to reduce stigma surrounding mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Clinical Mental Health Therapist will serve a diverse group of clients grappling with mood disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Arizona.
