Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed client assessments to identify mental health needs and concerns.
• Develop and implement effective and individualized treatment plans, using therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, ensuring each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of the client.
• Establish therapeutic goals and continuously evaluate client progress, adapting treatment approaches as necessary.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation adhering to ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.
• Utilize teletherapy tools effectively, providing virtual care to clients with accessibility issues or those who prefer remote services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a broad spectrum of patients, including those grappling with anxiety disorders, depression, trauma effects, and relationship challenges. Each therapist will have the opportunity to specialize in specific areas, allowing for a more tailored therapeutic approach. Our client demographics include children, adolescents, and adults, ensuring that you can exercise a wide range of therapeutic techniques based on your expertise.

Qualifications

• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C).
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients.
• Strong organization and time management abilities to maintain caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling is required. Candidates with additional certifications in specialized treatment areas or ongoing education in emerging therapeutic techniques will be prioritized. Experience in working with diverse populations or specific therapy methods, such as DBT or EMDR, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 and 104,000 per year, based on experience and patient load. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
