Work Environment This is a remote role that allows for flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend hours, designed to meet our clients’ needs effectively. You will work closely with a team of licensed therapists and other mental health professionals in a supportive environment that emphasizes collaboration and continuous growth. Technology and telehealth platforms will be leveraged to ensure seamless service delivery, providing you with the tools needed to connect with clients effectively, even from a distance. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns, developing a nuanced understanding of their needs. Craft detailed, personalized treatment plans based on assessed needs, clearly outlining goals and required interventions. Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, ensuring that clients receive both support and effective techniques for coping. Collaborate intimately with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide cohesive and integrated care for each client. Support clients’ families by providing education and resources, promoting a comprehensive understanding of their loved one’s treatment and recovery process. Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring all documentation accurately reflects treatment progress and plans. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clinic serves a diverse population of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and more. Each therapist brings unique skills and insights, contributing to a well-rounded approach to care that emphasizes respect for all clients’ experiences and backgrounds. Your role will be critical in empowering clients to navigate their recovery journeys, ultimately fostering their resilience and well-being. Qualifications A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). Possession of a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a relevant field. Demonstrated extensive experience or specialized training in mental health counseling, particularly in dealing with varying mental health disorders. In-depth understanding of evidence-based practices and the ability to implement these methodologies effectively with clients. Strong therapeutic and counseling skills with a proven ability to build rapport, foster trust, and motivate clients throughout their therapeutic process. Excellent verbal and written communication skills that facilitate effective collaboration with team members and clients. Preferred Experience Experience in a community health setting or similar environment is highly valued. Exposure to multiple therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Familiarity with digital health tools and teletherapy practices. Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
