Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the mental health needs and challenges faced by clients, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that outline actionable steps toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure in New York State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
