Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform your evaluations.

• Identify clients’ needs, goals, and challenges to create tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients of various age groups, focusing on a broad spectrum of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma.

• Conduct couples therapy to enhance communication, address conflicts, and foster deeper connections among partners.

• Regularly review and modify treatment plans based on client progress and feedback to ensure effective outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting progress notes and treatment adjustments in compliance with legal standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals as needed to provide well-rounded care to clients.

• Participate in crisis intervention, offering immediate support to clients facing acute emotional distress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
