This position is entirely remote, providing our Licensed Clinical Social Workers with the flexibility to balance their work and personal life. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children with developmental delays or disabilities.
\n
• Engage actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to ensure tailored support for each family's unique situation.
\n
• Monitor progress and outcomes collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team, adjusting care strategies as needed to improve child development.
\n
• Provide emotional and practical support to families to navigate challenges and empower them to enhance their child's development.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State regulations, ensuring that standards for health and safety are prioritized.
\n
• Foster strong rapport with children, families, and team members to cultivate a positive and effective therapeutic environment.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the Natural Learning Environment Practices to optimize service delivery.
\n
• Deliver families essential information and skills that support their child’s developmental milestones.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model in natural environments for optimal teaching and learning experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on infants and toddlers experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. Through various federal and state programs, our LCSWs provide essential early intervention services, helping these young children and their families navigate developmental challenges and work towards achieving critical milestones in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required for this position.
\n
• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health is mandatory.
\n
• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings is strongly preferred.
\n
• Strong commitment to employing Natural Learning Environment Practices in service delivery is essential.
\n
• A valid driver's license is necessary for potential fieldwork and home visits.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
