Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments, utilizing standardized tools to evaluate students' strengths, needs, and challenges.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each student's unique circumstances, adjusting methodologies as necessary to ensure maximum effectiveness.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions via video conferencing platforms, employing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, particularly in school or child-adolescent settings.
