Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work setting, facilitating flexibility and convenience for our therapists and patients alike. With a supportive team environment, our telehealth platform allows you to conduct therapy sessions and assessments from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a high standard of patient care. Your work hours will typically be Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some potential flexibility based on patient demands.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, through virtual platforms.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare providers to deliver coordinated and holistic care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support clients during mental health emergencies.

• Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
