Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of client's mental health statuses to inform treatment planning and intervention strategies.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, focusing on building resilience and encouraging personal growth.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate positive change.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients experiencing issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
