Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health symptoms, focusing on the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through our telehealth platform, ensuring effective communication and engagement.

• Facilitate education and support sessions for clients and their families, discussing the complexities of mood disorders and encouraging effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor patient progress meticulously, maintaining an adaptive approach to treatment and modifying plans as required based on clinical evaluations.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care that addresses both physical and mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
