Work Environment\n

This position will be conducted entirely remotely, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space while connecting with clients through a secure telehealth platform. Our working hours are structured Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as part of a rotating schedule to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms, utilizing clinical interviews and standardized tools to gather detailed information.

• Develop tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that their specific goals and therapeutic preferences are incorporated into the process.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, with a focus on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to alleviate symptoms and foster resilience.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, providing critical insights into treatment options and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will predominantly work with clients experiencing a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and generalized anxiety disorder. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly CBT and DBT, focusing on mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We also offer a sign-on bonus to assist you in your transition to our team.
