This full-time remote role is designed for someone with a Master's degree in a relevant field and independent licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW. The therapist will be instrumental in implementing therapeutic interventions and aiding in the development and execution of patient-centered treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster mental and emotional health.

• Regularly observe and document client progress, ensuring timely and accurate updates to treatment plans in line with departmental standards.

• Provide empathetic support to clients and their families, helping them navigate the complexities of mental health challenges.

• Implement treatment interventions based on individual patient assessments and maintain communication with nursing staff when emergencies arise.

• Engage in crisis management strategies, reporting any concerning changes in client behavior promptly to ensure safety and well-being.

• Participate in team meetings to evaluate treatment plans and collaborate on multidisciplinary care approaches.

• Advocate for client needs and direct them towards additional resources or services that support their recovery and wellness goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will target a diverse range of client needs, including individual therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as family therapy aimed at improving communication and relationship dynamics. You will work diligently to create tailored treatment plans that respect each client’s unique background and circumstances, ultimately fostering improvement in their daily functioning and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Demonstrated capability to make informed evaluations and recommendations for treatment based on clinical expertise.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate ability to connect with clients and colleagues.

• Proficient using technology, including electronic health record systems and virtual communication tools essential for remote therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
