Key Responsibilities

• Maintain precise and thorough medical documentation in adherence to state and federal regulations, ensuring compliance and enhancing the quality of patient care.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team, prioritizing a comprehensive care approach for patients with cardiac conditions.
• Conduct regular follow-up appointments, ensuring continuity of care and monitoring the effectiveness of prescribed treatments and interventions.
• Prescribe medications and develop therapeutic plans in compliance with established medical protocols, always prioritizing patient safety and efficacy.
• Manage chronic cardiovascular issues, including but not limited to hypertension, heart failure, and arrhythmias, employing both pharmacological and non-pharmacological strategies.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in cardiology or a closely related field, demonstrating strong clinical capabilities in cardiovascular assessment and treatment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with team members, patients, and families.

Compensation and Benefits
