We're hiring a Business Development Manager - Landscape to drive commercial growth across the Greater Charlotte area!

What You'll Do:
- Drive growth with commercial clients (offices, HOAs, industrial, education).
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from cold prospecting to C-suite proposals.
- Partner with operations to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Leverage Salesforce and local networking to build a dominant pipeline.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of successful B2B commercial sales experience.
- A proven "hunter" mindset with a track record of crushing quotas.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Based in or near Charlotte, NC (valid driver's license required).
