Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized mental health counseling to teenage youth and young adults, focusing on their unique needs and circumstances.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' mental health status and devise effective treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to address various mental health issues, ranging from anxiety to depression.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately and confidentially in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, medical doctors, and fellow social workers, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Stay updated on the latest best practices and developments in mental health counseling to continually enhance the quality of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on adolescent and young adult clients who experience various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Washington State.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working specifically with youth and/or young adults who have mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
