Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, identifying clients' concerns and formulating accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Provide teletherapy sessions for individual, couple, and family therapy, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of various clients.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies during acute mental health emergencies, ensuring clients receive immediate support and appropriate referrals.

• Document all client interactions and progress comprehensively, maintaining confidential and accurate records as per legal and ethical guidelines.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and needs within the healthcare system, providing education and resources that empower clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

• Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
