Work Environment

Located in East Orange, New Jersey, our outpatient office is designed to be welcoming and efficient, featuring modern facilities and equipment that cater to various therapeutic needs. The working schedule for this role is from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, fostering a proper work-life balance while offering the opportunity for professional development in a supportive team setting.

Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Compassion Elevated Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic interventions and goals for each patient based on thorough assessments.
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers to streamline patient care, ensuring comprehensive communication about treatment progress and adjustments.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and progress in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, adhering to compliance standards set forth by federal and state regulations.
• Utilizing your clinical judgment to implement evidence-based treatment techniques, adapting approaches based on the latest research and patient needs.
• Conducting regular evaluations to track patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Providing education to patients and families about treatment protocols, exercises, and techniques to promote long-term health and prevent injury.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic conditions. You will leverage your expertise to address a diverse range of cases, from post-surgical rehabilitation for joint replacements to managing sports-related injuries. Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
