Growth and Email Campaign Specialist

Role Description

This is not a cold calling role. It is the role that makes the cold calling work. iNX Commercial Cleaning Solutions is building our first-ever outbound sales team and we are looking for someone who loves working behind the scenes to make campaigns run right. If you have experience managing email campaigns, working with CRM or sales engagement platforms, building contact lists, and analyzing what is working and what is not, we want to hear from you.

As our Growth and Email Campaign Specialist you will own the mass email infrastructure for our outbound team. You will:

• Build and manage outbound email sequences and campaigns
• Conduct A/B and A/Z testing on subject lines, messaging, and send timing
• Build and maintain prospect lists using tools like Apollo and ZoomInfo
• Manage data hygiene across contact records and campaign lists
• Monitor campaign performance and flag issues proactively
• Support the SDR team with validated contact information and list management
• Assist with reporting and performance dashboards for leadership

Qualifications

• Experience with email campaigns, sales engagement platforms, or marketing operations
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, HubSpot preferred
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong data hygiene instincts
• Self-directed and reliable, able to manage multiple active campaigns without constant oversight
• Organized and proactive with a systems thinking mindset
• Background in sales operations, marketing operations, or data analysis strongly preferred
• No commercial cleaning experience required

Requirements

• This role is compensated on an hourly base with no commission requirement, with merit-based raises tied to annual performance reviews.
• Starting at $13.00 per hour.
• Full-time. Fully remote, working Pacific Time business hours, 8am to 5pm PT.
