Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful therapeutic relationships.

• Excellent organizational skills coupled with the ability to maintain timely and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling is required. Candidates with prior experience in community mental health settings or working with special populations are highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
