Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of couples and individual clients to identify their therapeutic needs.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to facilitate change and healing, including individual and group therapy sessions.
\n
• Specializing in resolving complex family dynamics such as conflicts among family members, grief and loss issues, and the challenges of blended families.

• Utilizing therapeutic techniques to address a wide range of topics, including substance abuse, psychological abuse, job stress, and communication difficulties.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans that promote individual and relational well-being.

• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated with the latest therapeutic advances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals, couples, and families seeking support in navigating relationship challenges, personal hardships, and adjustment issues, such as separation and divorce. You'll engage with a diverse clientele, which may encompass adults facing job-related stress, children and adolescents dealing with emotional or behavioral issues, and families seeking to strengthen their connections.

Qualifications\n

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Oregon.
\n
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• A strong foundation in family systems theory, with clinical experience in providing therapy to diverse populations.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for therapists with both recently earned and extensive experience. This role is well-suited for clinicians with:

Compensation and Benefits\n
