Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations by reviewing patients' medical histories, performing physical assessments, and documenting findings to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation outcomes clearly to patients and their families, encouraging their involvement in setting achievable health goals.
• Implement a variety of treatment modalities in accordance with established protocols, ensuring interventions are aligned with patient-specific needs and health progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on patient progress and ongoing assessments.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, including initial evaluations, ongoing treatment records, and discharge summaries to maintain compliance and facilitate continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary patient population will focus on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions requiring rehabilitation. Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy by the New Jersey Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Current CPR certification to ensure patient safety and emergency preparedness.
