Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed evaluations of patients with functional limitations or disabilities, and formulate individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment.
• Consult with healthcare providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care for patients.
• Engage with a diverse patient population, providing respectful and culturally sensitive service to all individuals, regardless of background, age, or ability.
• Implement treatment interventions, monitor patient progress, and adapt treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment provided, discharge summaries, and billing information in compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Actively participate in case discussions with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and service delivery.
• Supervise and support assigned Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs), aides, and students in your care for patient well-being.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, in-services, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.
• Lead or participate in community outreach initiatives, quality improvement projects, and educational programs as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on adult and geriatric patients who may be recovering from surgeries, managing chronic conditions, or rehabilitating from injuries. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation systems is required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in home health care or outpatient rehabilitation settings is highly desirable.

• Prior leadership experience or involvement in professional organizations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
