Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at Dynamic Wellness Rehabilitation, you will travel to patients' homes in Toms River and the surrounding areas, engage with patients one-on-one, and adapt your treatment approach based on their unique living environments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to accurately assess patients' physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation goals.
• Craft individualized treatment plans that align with patient assessments, incorporating hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and appropriate modalities.
• Administer various therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and the use of modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation.
• Provide patient education on topics such as injury prevention, optimal movement patterns, and home care strategies to promote continued progress.
• Track and document patient progress meticulously, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to deliver holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation, meeting all healthcare compliance and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
