Mobility Marvels Center is seeking experienced and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our dedicated team in Toms River, New Jersey. This full-time role entails providing high-quality physical therapy services to a diverse range of patients in a home care setting. Work Environment

Our physical therapists work onsite in a home care facility, allowing them to engage directly with clients in their everyday environments. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM, providing a structured yet dynamic work schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for pediatric and adult clients, assessing their physical abilities, limitations, and potential for recovery.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's specific goals, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques and interventions.
• Regularly reassess clinical signs and symptoms to gauge treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans and patient goals.
• Document all relevant patient information, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, using our electronic record system to enhance care continuity and compliance.
• Educate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process, providing clear explanations of potential challenges and ways to overcome them.
• Meet minimum utilization and business objectives while maintaining high standards of care.
• Collaborate with peers across different therapy disciplines to ensure cohesive treatment for clients receiving multiple services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Mobility Marvels Center, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children and adults from various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and diagnoses. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program is required.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey, as mandated by the Board of Physical Therapy.
• Comfort with providing Physical Therapy services both in-person and through telehealth platforms, as clinically appropriate.
• A strong commitment to serving a wide array of patients, demonstrating empathy and flexibility in therapeutic approaches.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in home care settings or with a multidisciplinary therapy team is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
