Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to understand patients' functional limitations and disabilities.

• Provide consultation to fellow healthcare providers regarding patients' continuum of care and treatment updates.

• Document and communicate treatment modalities, patient progress, and discharge plans effectively through verbal, written, and electronic means.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through self-study, attending local in-services, and participating in continuing education programs.
• Supervise and mentor assigned physical therapist aides and students, enhancing their understanding and skills in patient care.

• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and licensure requirements, ensuring accountability and professionalism in all aspects of practice.

Compensation and Benefits
