Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and form independent diagnoses based on your educational background and experience.

• Collaborate closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs and goals.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic intervention techniques, including solution-focused treatment, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing, as appropriate for each patient.

• Engage in consistent collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, which may include clinicians, psychologists, and primary care providers, to ensure a holistic integrated approach to patient care.

• Monitor patient progress through systematic tracking mechanisms, both virtually and in person, aiming to achieve established treatment goals and increase overall well-being.

Qualifications\n
