Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status through individual sessions, identifying specific issues and diagnostic criteria.

• Create, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans that align with best practices and the unique needs of each client.

• Provide consistent support by scheduling regular follow-up appointments to monitor progress and adapt therapeutic strategies as needed.

• Utilize effective crisis intervention techniques when working with clients facing immediate distress or emergencies, maintaining calm and professionalism.

• Document interactions, treatment plans, and feedback in our EHR system to ensure accuracy and continuity of care across the team.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, to make appropriate referrals and ensure comprehensive patient care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of clients, including adolescents and adults from various backgrounds. Our client population often includes individuals grappling with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma histories, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) to practice in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in therapy modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
