Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, particularly those dealing with grief and existential concerns related to hospice care.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, incorporating interventions that may include individual, group, or family counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be on clients receiving hospice care, including individuals and families grappling with terminal illnesses, bereavement, and related psychological challenges. You will support clients through critical transition periods, helping them navigate feelings of anxiety, depression, and grief while promoting a dignified end-of-life experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
