Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a dynamic caseload by developing and maintaining strong therapeutic alliances with clients while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge, adapting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Design, implement, and evaluate individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients to foster positive outcomes.

• Keep meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, adapting techniques to suit various client backgrounds and therapeutic needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC will primarily serve a diverse outpatient population that includes individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and age groups. You will work closely with clients experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, using evidence-based techniques to facilitate their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) credential.

• Minimum of three years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficient in utilizing technology for documentation and client management including RMS systems, Excel, Outlook, and PIMSY.
\n
• Demonstrable experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfortable conducting intake assessments and creating treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth services and familiarity with best practices in virtual care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
