Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Document clinical progress accurately and maintain up-to-date electronic medical records (EMRs) compliant with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support to clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed about new research and trends in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. As a Telehealth Licensed Counselor, you will work with individuals who have often had limited access to mental health care, helping them develop coping strategies and achieve their personal wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required.

• Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and professional standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
