Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical and empathetic mental health counseling through secure video chat sessions, ensuring a safe and professional environment for clients.

• Conduct comprehensive and ongoing assessments to understand individual client needs and tailor personalized treatment plans.

• Assist clients in developing essential coping strategies, enhancing problem-solving abilities, and improving communication skills that are vital for their personal growth.

• Utilize evidence-based techniques and tools to facilitate effective therapy sessions and track client progress.

• Regularly document treatment progress while maintaining minimal bureaucracy to maximize your focus on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of adults facing low-acuity mental health challenges, including anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and adjustment issues. Your goal will be to empower clients with the tools they need to navigate everyday life and improve their emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current independent state license in one of the following: LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
\n
• Ability to practice independently with no supervisory requirements.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to client welfare and confidentiality.

• Proficient in using technology for remote counseling, including a stable internet connection.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with adult populations in an outpatient setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and related technology.

• Proficiency in using assessment tools and methodologies specific to mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
