Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and needs, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients’ specific goals and therapeutic needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions to adult clients, focusing on various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adult clients facing a range of mental health challenges. Our diverse client base seeks therapy for issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
