Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaborate on treatment planning to develop pre-crisis and crisis plans, risk assessments, positive behavior support strategies, and pharmaceutical treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and complies with regulatory standards, using evidence-based screening tools recommended by the clinical team.

• Actively engage in team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall effectiveness of programs.

• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining high standards in service delivery.
\n
• Serve as a liaison with service systems, governmental agencies, and community partners to advocate for clients and facilitate access to necessary resources.

• Foster open communication with local, state, and federal groups, seeking collaborations that enhance program offerings and funding opportunities.
\n
• Engage in continuing education opportunities, such as attending relevant conferences and service meetings, to enhance your expertise and professional network.

• Promote and adhere to the organization’s mission, values, and principles in every aspect of your work.

• Perform additional tasks as directed by the Clinic Director to ensure a high level of service delivery.

Qualifications\n
