Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that consider their unique circumstances and goals.

• Consult on crisis intervention plans and collaborate with clients to create positive behavioral support strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based screening techniques recommended by our clinical team to ensure consistent and effective care.

• Document all client interactions and treatment processes in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards to maintain quality assurance.

• Act as a liaison between clients, service systems, governmental agencies, and other community organizations to ensure holistic support.

• Participate in continuous monitoring and improvement of care protocols, contributing actively to licensing and accreditation processes.

• Foster open communication with clients, families, and team members to enhance therapeutic relationships and support systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
