As a part of our outpatient detox center, you will engage with a diverse client base experiencing various mental health issues. Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough clinical evaluations to understand patient needs, followed by the development of customized treatment plans.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused strategies—to help clients address their mental health concerns.

• Documenting clinical interactions and treatment plans accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and quality care.
\n
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to coordinate comprehensive patient care and develop best practice protocols.

• Engaging in regular peer review meetings and case consultations to improve treatment outcomes and share insights across the team.

• Providing education and support to patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Staying updated on current research and advancements in psychotherapy and mental health to continually enhance your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will allow you to work with adult individuals who are experiencing various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use challenges. You will apply tailored therapeutic strategies to address their unique circumstances, ultimately helping them achieve personal growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
