Job Description Position Overview Partners in Care Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our expanding team. This full-time, remote position allows for flexible working hours and the opportunity to positively impact the mental health and well-being of our clients through telehealth services. We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 - 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Work Environment This is a fully remote position that allows therapists to work from the comfort of their own homes or any location of their choice. Our telehealth facility utilizes a user-friendly digital platform designed specifically for mental health professionals, enabling seamless client interactions and streamlined documentation processes. You will have access to tools that facilitate efficient service delivery, ensuring you can focus primarily on your clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct individualized mental health counseling sessions through secure video conferencing. Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to develop tailored interventions for each client. Design comprehensive treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs and mental health goals. Facilitate client insight development into their experiences and relationships, fostering a deeper understanding of their mental health. Regularly monitor client progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed, equipping them with effective coping strategies. Patient Population / Client Focus Your primary focus will be on serving stable, low acuity adults grappling with various mental health concerns. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and many seek guidance in overcoming challenges related to anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions. Your role will be crucial in helping them cultivate resilience and enhance their overall quality of life. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology . Must hold a valid, unrestricted license to practice independently as one of the following: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must be fully licensed. Proven interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate and empathetic nature. Strong technical skills and proficiency in computer usage. Preferred Experience Experience in providing teletherapy or digital counseling is a plus, but not a requirement. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and understanding of ethical guidelines in telehealth settings will be advantageous.
