Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, establishing a therapeutic rapport with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable adults who have varied mental health needs. The screening process ensures that clients engaging with you on our platform are appropriate for remote care, and possess lower acuity levels requiring your attention. This allows you to focus your energy on clients who are well-matched to your skills and specialties.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is mandatory.

• Licensing: Applicants must hold full, independent Licensure, including:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No limited or provisional licenses are accepted; candidates must have no disciplinary actions against their licenses.

• Adept communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities, with a compassionate nature to support client needs.

• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for remote counseling is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a highly competitive salary in the range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year , with the opportunity for a sign-on bonus of $3,000 upon joining our team. Additional benefits include:
