Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of care.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to optimize client outcomes.

• Keep accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic medical record (EMR) software effectively.

• Participate in regular supervision, peer consultations, and professional development workshops to stay current on advancements in mental health research and practices.

Our client base primarily comprises individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who often have limited access to mental health resources. You will work with clients facing various mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical setting, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with various demographics.

• A sound understanding of relevant legal and ethical practices within the field of mental health.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.

• Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Proficiency in utilizing EMR software and technology to enhance patient care processes.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, specialized experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is highly preferred. Experience working with marginalized or underserved populations would also be considered a valuable asset in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
